Hot Cocoa Cake made in the crockpot

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!
Sam has taken up repainting the whole house. And since I'm pregnant I'm not allowed to join =)  =(. So, I decided to try a new recipe today that I found on pinterest. I have never posted a recipe blog before so lets see how this one goes.

First I'll show the finished product:

To make this super delicious cake all you need is a 5 quart crockpot and the following ingredients:
- Cooking Spray
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 (5 ounce) box of chocolate cook and serve pudding
- Miniature marshmallows
- Chocolate syrup

The directions are really easy as well.
1. Coat the crockpot with cooking spray.
2. In a small saucepan, heat milk over high heat until almost boiling.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil.
4. Transfer batter to your crockpot. Sprinkle pudding mix over the cake batter. Slowly pour in the hot milk.
5. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
6. Turn off your crockpot and sprinkle the cake with 1 cup of marshmallows. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes, allowing the marshmallows to melt.
7. Serve warm and top with additional marshmallows and chocolate syrup. Ice cream is optional.

The cake turned out great and it was very easy to make. I can't wait to make it again soon!!
