Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

Hello there blogging world! Well I haven't posted since January... yikes.
I made Buffalo Chicken Stromboli last night for dinner and it was DE-LICIOUS! I figured I would post the recipe so that you could try it too. I wasn't planning on making a blog entry out of it, so there isn't a lot of pictures to show the process. I only have the final product picture.

Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/3 cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot
8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Colby or Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Pizza Crust
(note: I added a small can of mushrooms to mine, but that is totally optional)

1. Cube chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil on stove top until done.
2. Once chicken is done, add 1/4 cup of Franks to the chicken and let simmer for a couple minutes.

3. Make your pizza crust or use a store bought one. Roll out into rectangle shape.
4. Top crust with ranch and remaining Franks Red Hot.
5. Add the cooked chicken and top the chicken with both cheeses.

6. Roll the crust into a log shape. Make sure that you pinch the ends so that the insides don't ooze out during cooking.
7. Place stromboli on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
